At Full Circle Aspen, we take pride in providing luxury on-site beauty and wellness services for weddings, special events, and personal appointments in Aspen and the surrounding valley. To best serve our clients and our team of professional artists, we kindly ask all guests to review our Cancellation Policy and Service Etiquette below. When you book with us, you acknowledge and accept these policies.
Cancellation Policy
Notice Required
Individual services (1–2) – 24 hours’ notice
Services of 3+ – 48 hours’ notice
(Tip: we recommend booking separately from friends to avoid being responsible for their cancellations — if it’s in your name, you’re responsible.)
Same-day bookings – if cancelled within 1 hour, a 50% charge will apply
Holiday bookings (holiday pricing applies) – 72 hours’ notice
Special requested events – 7 days’ notice
Weddings & large events – see contract for specific cancellation terms
Cancellations & Reschedules
Any cancellation after the required notice period will result in a 100% charge.
Reschedule requests are treated the same as cancellations.
All deposits are non-refundable.
How to Cancel
All cancellations must be made by phone or email. Texts and social media DMs are not accepted.
If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email or message from our team, your service has not been cancelled.

Our Aspen hair stylists, makeup artists, massage therapists, and wellness providers reserve time exclusively for you. This policy allows us to honor our team’s schedules while ensuring appointment availability for other guests, weddings, and events.

Reservations
Please be ready at your scheduled time so our stylists and therapists can provide the full service without delay. We kindly ask that the service space is prepared before the artist’s arrival.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, rescheduling may be required.
A credit card or gift certificate is required to secure all reservations. A credit card fee of 3.5% will be applied to any bookings of 3 or more services.
Tipping is always appreciated. As a guideline, 20% is customary. For convenience, a 20% gratuity is automatically added to all mobile services and event bookings.
For Your Comfort
Please prepare a quiet, distraction-free space for your appointment. We recommend keeping children, pets, and phones out of the service area.
Our team brings everything needed for your mobile beauty or massage appointment. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during the service.
Professional Standards
Our artists maintain the highest standards of professionalism. Sexual language, inappropriate behavior, or intoxication will not be tolerated. If such behavior occurs, services will not be provided and the full cost will be charged.

We are committed to safety, cleanliness, and hygiene. All tools and equipment used for hair, makeup, and massage services are sanitized and prepared for each appointment.
